I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite its prime location, the room cleanliness and overall service left much to be desired. I encountered issues with the shower drainage and the lack of a second room key. The restaurant also lacked windows, making for a rather dull dining atmosphere, and the promised pool service was not available. Overall, it felt like the hotel could benefit from substantial improvements.
